Explicit consent to transfer abroad

Recordings and capture data are sent abroad: room images or video, camera, motion-sensor and depth data, capture and device details, and sketch diagnostics. So are your access and upload records and, if you allow notifications, your notification token and the notification itself. They go to cloud storage and infrastructure providers in the European Union, so we can store your captures and prepare the 3D virtual tour, and to Apple's push notification service, so notifications can be delivered. These countries may not offer the same level of protection as Turkey, and exercising your rights there may be harder.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@valerionstudio.com. We then close your access and no further uploads are made. Withdrawal does not affect transfers already made; you can ask separately for earlier uploads to be deleted. Uploads need this consent.

In the app, this consent is given separately, with its own checkbox: “I give my explicit consent to this transfer abroad.”
